Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and bulk orders may require additional lead time — we'll contact you with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier-calculated rates are displayed at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses for military personnel.

Government & Institutional Orders We accommodate purchase orders (POs) for government agencies, schools, and defense contractors. Contact us directly for bulk pricing and freight quotes.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
